The Grab-N-Drive Post Driver, a new offering by Ransome Attachments, allows an operator to handle, place, and drive wooden, concrete, and metal posts without the assistance of a person on the ground. The multifunctional attachment consists of a grab to handle and set posts and a hammer to drive them. The hydraulic GD30S can deliver as many as 1,250 blows per minute (bpm) at up to 502 foot-pounds.
The Grab-N-Drive can be fitted to excavators from 1 ½ to 14 tons within minutes through the use of an interchangeable mounting bracket. It also is possible to remove the grab and install a top-mounting bracket, allowing the breaker to be used in a traditional manner for breaking rock and concrete. Ransome also will be offering a special universal adapter plate to allow the GD30S to be used on skid steer and tractor loaders.

Let the Black Splitter Cone Do the Splitting
The Black Splitter may seem to have super powers at times, but like Super Man, it has its own version of Kryptonite: prying. The cone splitter uses robust compact reversible orbital motors, which are designed to withstand high axial and radial loads, but forcefully prying can still compromise the integrity of the attachment. You obviously want to protect your investment and increase its longevity. The best thing you can do to keep your Black Splitter invincible is to let the motor and the cone do the splitting.

Ransome Attachments joined Team Black Splitter at Forst Live in Offenburg, Germany from March 29-31, 2019. The highlight of the show was a live demonstration of the S2 630, which drew a standing room only crowd.
